Admission Process
Application
The academic year at our school is from April, 2024 to March, 2025
Admission for grade Nursery to 9th will open in February & March.
The prospectus with Application form will be available from school office during the prescribed hours.
Eligibility Criteria – Classes Nursery to 9th

Requirements for Admission:
1) Birth Certificate from the competent authority, such as Panchayat/
Nagarpalika or other competent authority. No other Certificate will
be accepted.
2) Date of birth once given shall not be changed on any account.
3) Passport size photographs to be affixed on the Registration cum
Admission form.
Interaction
Interaction with the child for admission shall be taken on the date informed.
The interest and AVAILABILITY of the parents in helping the child will
be specially counted in the selection of children.
Requirements for Admission: Class 1 to IX
1) Transfer Certificate/ School leaving Certificate from the school where
the students was studying.
2) Prospectus and Application form can be obtained from office of the school during the fixed hours for those classes in which vacancies are mdeclared.
3) Passport size photographs of the student to be affixed on the
Application form and interview slip.
4) The parents of the student shall necessarily be presented to submit the
Application form in the school.
Note : Date of Birth, Change in Student’s name, Father’s name &
Mother’s name shall not be changed at any stage later.
Written Test and Interaction
1) Written Test will be taken in English, Mathematics, Hindi/ Punjabi
2) Selected students list will be displayed on the School Notice Board.
The following documents are required at the time of Interaction-
1) The interaction slip
2) The original Report Card (mark list) of the qualifying examination .
3) A birth certificate and Adhar Card of the child and parents.
Admission will be strictly on the Basis of the written test and
Interaction.
